ABOUT ME

I forgive most things. I'm funny. I welcome canceled people with open arms. I often prefer the other thing to the one I'm supposed to like best: like '25th hour' over 'Do the Right Thing,' or 'Tender is the Night' over 'Great Gatsby.' I think the bad guy is a hidden good guy and I'll fight for him (and her). I see boredom as anger. I know when I don't know. I say the wrong thing a lot, and then we talk about it. Usually it's a springboard to deeper understanding.

I'm with my family when not working. I'm warm and friendly, gentle and kind. I surf (not well) and taught tennis in college. I cook, read a ton, enjoy film, and wear different versions of the same outfit everyday. I drive like a Sicilian and box as a workout. The photos and art on this site are my own work.
